PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice (including website). Current prices can be quoted by phone at any time. We reserve the right to ship all orders at the prevailing price at the time of shipment. All orders can be pre-paid with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express or we’ll ship on a COD Company check (if pre-approved), Cashiers check or money order only will be accepted on COD orders. NO Personal checks or cash will be accepted.
UPS will not take cash. No credit. Dealer Inquiries are invited.
SHIPPING: All prices are FOB Santee, CA. Specify the method of shipping you prefer. If no instructions are received, we will ship COD by the most reasonable means, (UPS Ground), etc. We also ship UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day Air, UPS Next Day Air and Federal Express.
CLAIMS: All goods are carefully packed, checked and shipped in good condition. Any claims for damaged goods should be filed with the carrier.
RETURNS: Any item returned MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization number (call or write for #) and a copy of sales receipt. This number must be clearly displayed on outside each package. Please call or write for a return number within 30 days of the original invoice date. Returns after 30 days from date of original invoice are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns after 90 days may be disallowed at Duncan Racing’s discretion. Customers are responsible for shipping cost, packaging and insuring return merchandise.
ORDERING: When ordering it is necessary to provide the following information: description of part or modification needed to order; make, model, size and year; part number where applicable. Our hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Tuesday through Friday; we are closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday and all UPS Holidays. Orders may be placed by fax 24 hours.
