Updated design features a CNC machined, steel exhaust flange with dual O-rings to enhance the seal at the spigot. The Header on the New Generation PTR pipe has a CNC machined flange to match the dual O-ring flange that bolts to the cylinder.

The Updated exhaust still feature DR/PTR’s Industry Leading Power output. Since the birth of the PTR LT 500 pipe, initially built for the US Suzuki Factory Race Team in 1987. ***The Paul Turner LT 500 has been the top performer in the class since day 1.
The Updated 2015 Version was manufactured with the following updated.
-CNC Machined Billet head pipe flange, brazed. *Required to use a dual O-ring cylinder flange
-CNC Machined steel dual O-ring cylinder flange, heat treated *The head pipe and cylinder flanges are machined as a matched set.
-New pipe stampings
-New Assembly fixtures
-Stabilizer metal pads brazed on pipe under each pipe mount, improve mount stability as pipe ages.
-Improved head pipe spring mount and upgraded spring

**Please Note: Essentially the pipe was completely redone. We used the same design dimensions as the original pipe, this design has been widely successful, and we had no reason to change it.

NOTE: Upgrade dual O-ring flange will not work on older model LT 500 Pipes (pre-2015)

Silencer: PTR Pipe work with any silencer that mounts is stock location. But for maximum performance it is highly recommended to use PTR Fat Boy 2 Silencers.

All pipes stamped from 20 gauge steel using extremely accurate dies, hand welded

All pipes pre-fit, and pressure tested.

On retail pipe orders directly from DRI jets for stock carburetors are supplied at no charge

Installation:PTR pipe for Suzuki LT 500 is supplied with a bolt-on exhaust flange and header pipe springs. Uses stock OEM pipe mounts and hardware. Fat Boy 2 silencer uses stock OEM rubber mount inserts, collars, washers and bolts.

Chrome Plating: Chrome plating offered as an optional upgrade (at additional cost)Is the highest quality on the market today. All plated pipes are polished to perfection then triple chrome plated.
